I can't decide whether to remove the suede patches on this fisherman sweater or not. I like the idea of patches on a thick woolen sweater, but it's obvious that these are not original to the cardigan, mostly because of the amateurish whipstitching and odd placement. I'm leaning toward removing them. Fisherman sweater are classic, and elbow patches are only so on tweed blazers, I think.
